If the packaging hasn't been damaged during transport but the plant arrives in bad shape or shows signs of illness, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can find the best resolution depending on the situation (refund, sending out a new plant...).
Indeed, the quality, the health and the safe delivery of our plants are our priorities.
If we settle for a refund, the money will be sent back through the same payment method that has been used when ordering. This will be processed within a 14 days timeframe.
Returning an order
We accept returns for all accessories and objects other than live plants. Indeed, those wouldn't survive such a long period of travel.
